Returns
Return Policy
If you don’t love it simply mail it back, or return the product to our store within 14 days of receiving, for a refund (by January 15th if it’s a Holiday gift).
Item must be in “as new” condition, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items. We do not process refunds on shipping charges. Please note, we deduct $20 from USA returns to cover brokerage fees. We do not accept returns from countries outside of USA and Canada.
Requesting a Return Within Canada

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return request is complete, mail you item to 15745 Croydon Dr #110, Surrey, BC V3Z 2L5.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Important: Please declare 'Canadian Goods Return' on the outside of the package and on the shipping label. Failure to do so may result in duty/clearance charges that will be deducted from the refund.
